If you are a trainee or qualified Psychotherapist, Counsellor or Psychologist looking for clinical supervision I can offer both 1-2-1 and group supervision (maximum 3 people for a minimum of 1 1/2 hours).
For qualified therapists my fees are £90 per session or £80 if you are a trainee. Fees may vary depending on the size of the group.
Unless you have any specific requirements, I supervise from an Integrative framework which allows us to think about the work you are doing from a broader perspective. Likewise if you need guidance on particular aspects of a theoretical approach we can discuss that further to focus your supervision.
The supervision I offer mirrors the way I also work with my clients. Depending on your client base this could include: Cognitive Behavioural interventions, Existential approaches, Attachment theory, Schema therapy, Transactional analysis, Compassion Focussed therapy, Mindfulness and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. When working specifically with children and young people my supervision will help you to primarily build a secure attachment and use various art and play tools to access their thoughts and feelings in a non-threatening way.
